参与策划869D-School年度年会，并兼任现场主持人，将仪式感、趣味性与团队凝聚力贯穿始终。策划阶段，围绕学校的创新基因与年轻氛围，精准设计三大核心板块：颁奖环节聚焦年度优秀个人与团队，定制专属荣誉表彰体系，呼应团队对专业与付出的尊重，让每一份努力都被看见；节目环节鼓励学生自编自导，既有贴合工作场景的创意短剧、跨界混搭表演，也有活力满格的歌舞秀，尽显869人的多元才华与鲜活个性，用一场盛会为年度收尾，也为团队注入新的凝聚力与奋进动力。
I planned and hosted the school annual meeting in line with the team’s innovative, collaborative and sharing spirit, designing three core segments——awards, original student performances and team games, happy and cohesion. This annual meeting combined summary and immersive honor, grandly closing the year and fueling the team with new cohesion and motivation.
